Riverfront Park Associates is a group of passionate volunteers that are striving to unite our community and its surrounding areas through the Community Park in Point Marion, PA.
Nestled along the Monongahela River just above the Point Marion Lock and Dam, and beside the Sheepskin Trail, Point Marion Park has a rich history for being a place where everyone can gather to enjoy our riverfront, make friends, have good times, and make cherished memories.
The Point Marion Park is best known for the Albert Gallatin Regatta, an annual 2-day event which was established in 1979 and takes place on Sat & Sun, every Memorial Day weekend. Powerboat Races are one of the great highlights of this beloved event!
Other past park events included: “Back-to-School” Kids Day, a Fallfest vendor event, a Family Fun Day, Trunk-or-Treat, and “Santa-in-the Park”.
